Instructions from my teacher

The project has to follow the same instructions I gave for year 2014-2015 which you have. No more than 20 pages you can put 6 pages of annexes.

This year 2015-2016 you have to fill up the grid (see attached file) in order to proof that you achieved the RNCP Criteria. Also you have to put an Executive Summary right after the Table of Contents, please follow the one attached.

Last but not less important, in fact very important: this year I am not alowing students to write project concerning: Food Truck, Bars, Restaurants, Cafeterias.. basically all relatad with Food services, the reason is that I want the students to move forward with more ideas in the large field of tourism beyond ¨restauration¨.
