Reflective Report

Please read the 5 attached documents and most importantly the assignment for instructions.

Briefly this is a reflective report that clarifies how I have developed my Leadership and Employability and how this will help me to achieve my future aspirations.

I have attached documents explaining my start and end of year skill sets and how I have developed these, this is attached in the NBS graduate Matrix.

Also there is a CPD hours sheet which shows the activities I’ve under taken during the year to try and improve my employability.
Also there in action plan which talks about some goals i set and how i meet them.
