For each discussion, you are required to write an initial post (300 words). For your initial post, you must have two academic peer-reviewed articles for references. You must get them from the library.

All discussions must include in-text citations and references in APA style formatting. If you do not use in-text citations or they are not in APA format you will lose 3 points. If you do not have references or if they are not in APA format, you will lose 5 points.

MS Project Assignment Instructions:

(a) Select a project that has already taken place, or pick one that you wish to initiate.

(b) Here are examples: building the Hong Kong Airport, creating an e-commerce site, building a mobile app for a nonprofit organization, training 100 people on new billing software, and so on.

(c) By using MS project, create at least three deliverables, with at least three work packages and three tasks.

(d) Include predecessors as necessary.

(e) Make sure the WBS is viewable as a column.

(f) Enter resources as needed, and assign them to the activities (go to Resource Sheet).

(g) This is a high-level assignment – not too much detail needed at this point – just enough to launch the project.
