This chapter analyses the Home Heating System (HHS) as an instance of the Process Control System category using object-oriented techniques. The chapter gives background information, describes the problem, explains the goals and the context, the major requirements and finally the 12 main use cases. Draw all these use cases, and draw one or two use case prototype screen(s), activity diagram(s), system sequence diagram(s), state diagram and finally create a class diagram for the HHS.
