The threat of terrorists using weapons of mass destruction remains the number one issue for national security experts in the U.S., Europe, Russia, China, the Middle East and elsewhere. Please discuss how chemical and biological weapons are similar to nuclear weapons in the threat they pose to populated areas and how are they different? Also, discuss how radiological weapons represent a different threat than other weapons of mass destruction.
