Top 100 speeches

Order Description
This week you need to complete a (minimum) two, full-page evaluation of a top 100 speech. The paper might use MLA style documentation including a MLA heading, one-inch margins, 12 point, Times New Roman font and in-text citations when you reference the speech. The paper is an EVALUATION-analysis of the speech and NOT a summary.

Open the essay with an introduction that explains the “who,” “what,” “when,” “where,” and “why” of the speech.

Then discuss:

1-the speech’s structure through out including organizational patterns

2-the main points in the speech

3-type of language used (show evidence)

4-speaker’s non-verbal and verbal delivery

5-audience’s reactions

6-your reaction

7-anything else you consider important to a speech analysis

If you quote from the speech, be sure to cite and use BRIEF excerpts–no more than a few words.
