Revenue Management Measures

Project Overview: The students are required to carry out research on existing and new RM measures within the hospitality and service industries. This research shall include a critical analysis of RM measures, and comments on conflicting literature and pointing out any gaps in research to date. Thereafter, the students shall recommend a RM measure which is suitable and feasible to indicate RM performance.
Overall aim: To enable students to demonstrate their understanding of the importance and function of revenue management.
