Activity Steps:

1. Select either a knowledge management or performance support technology.

2. From what you have learned and experienced so far, develop a list of criteria for effective design and use of the technology.

3. Analyze the technology using the design criteria.

4. Create a 1-2 minute video that shows you using and analyzing the technology using the criteria you developed. (any video from YouTube or other website related to your topic).
