Emiratisation efforts and recommendations

Please write me a report of minimum 3,500 words about Emiratisation efforts today and my recommendations for an effective emiritisation strategy going forward. I need it to be about the UAE not GCC countries in general. You will find lots of sources online that discuss GCC nationalization you can use those but make it relevant to the UAE.
