i have downloaded the information needed in the file – i need to write about the same topic and paraphrase it and help me in writing about the 2 different laws of Islamic and British common to compare with it
because am translating English legal documents which is under the British law into Arabic which in the Islamic law in my dissertation , so, i need to give a brief idea about the 2 systems and how they work in this chapter
