Argue for a “National Infrastructure Bank.”

The purpose of the assignment is to write a persuasive paper on a topic of interest related to infrastructure. In your paper, you should take a stand on an issue by providing multiple types of evidence to support your position (i.e., logos, pathos, ethos). A reference on writing a persuasive paper is provided on Blackboard. You should also address major counterarguments.

General Guidelines

The paper should be 4 pages, single-spaced, 12 point Times Roman font or equivalent. It is expected that you use well-developed paragraphs and proper grammar. You must reference any sources of information used in your paper, such as journal articles, case studies, and books. Follow all formal conventions for citations and bibliographies. Note that websites are not appropriate reference material (see section on refereed journals). The grading rubric is included with these guidelines.
