Imagining that you are members of a special remuneration committee tasked at developing a list of innovative employee incentives. The incentives may be simple and inexpensive or sophisticated and costly. You must submit the list of incentives on Moodle. Once you have developed your list, rank all the incentives in order in terms of attractiveness. Identify which employee needs they satisfy. You need to provide a list of 3 final incentives and justify your choices using relevant literature.
Discuss and evaluate the best incentives for originality, practicality and effectiveness.
